What If I Have A Court Appearance?
Currently, all courts in Massachusetts are closed to the public except to address emergency matters. When possible, these emergency matters, including restraining orders and juvenile protection cases, are being conducted by telephone or videoconferencing.
What About My Scheduled Deposition, Mediation Or Arbitration?
As of now, all Depositions, Mediations and Arbitrations are being conducted remotely or postponed. This means that you will likely have to appear via telephone or videoconferencing. We will be in touch to provide you with details as soon as they become available.
